Welcome to Royal Sparkle Creations
Royal Sparkle Creations ("we," "us," or "our") is a family run, woman owned western store based in Boise, Idaho, selling saddles, tack, hats, jewelry and gifts. By browsing or purchasing from royalsparklecreations.com, you agree to the terms below. We've done our best to keep them friendly and fair, if anything is unclear, please reach out.
1. Products
Every item in our shop is hand-picked from suppliers we trust. Leather, stones and hardware vary naturally from piece to piece, so small differences in color and grain are normal and not a defect. Product photos are representative: the item you receive will be the same design but may vary slightly. Used gear is listed as used and sold as-is, described honestly, with condition noted.
2. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Placing an order does not guarantee availability, in the rare case an item is out of stock after checkout, we'll refund you in full and let you know right away.
3. Shipping
We ship from Boise, Idaho via USPS using Shippo. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Once your package is on its way you'll get a tracking number by email. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track down a lost package.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, email or call us and we will send instructions and a return address.
5. Care & Use
Tack is working equipment and its condition matters for safety. Inspect leather, stitching, billets and hardware before every ride, and retire anything that is cracked, stretched or worn through. Keep leather clean, dry and conditioned. Riding is a risk sport: we cannot control how gear is fitted, maintained or used after it leaves the store.
6. Intellectual Property
All photos, designs, and content on this site belong to Royal Sparkle Creations. Please don't copy or redistribute them without permission. If you would like to feature something from the shop in your content, we would love that. Just tag us or give us a call first.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Sparkle Creations' liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We make no other warranties, express or implied.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
