Royal Sparkle Creations ("we," "us," or "our") is a small, family-run tiara and crown shop based in Boise, Idaho. By browsing or purchasing from royalsparklecreations.com, you agree to the terms below. We've done our best to keep them friendly and fair — if anything is unclear, please reach out.
1. Products
Every tiara in our shop is hand-picked from our suppliers, which means small variations in shape, stones, and sparkle are part of the charm — no two pieces are exactly identical. Product photos are representative; the item you receive will be the same design but may vary slightly.
2. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Placing an order does not guarantee availability — in the rare case an item is out of stock after checkout, we'll refund you in full and let you know right away.
3. Shipping
We ship from Boise, Idaho via USPS using Shippo. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Once your package is on its way you'll get a tracking number by email. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track down a lost package.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Because tiaras are delicate decorative pieces, please handle yours gently when trying it on. To start a return, just email us — we'll send instructions and a return address.
5. Care & Use
Our tiaras are decorative accessories. Please keep them away from water, heat, and rough handling to preserve their sparkle. Avoid letting small children handle tiaras unsupervised — some pieces contain small decorative elements.
6. Intellectual Property
All photos, designs, and content on this site belong to Royal Sparkle Creations. Please don't copy or redistribute them without permission. If you'd like to feature one of our tiaras in your content, we'd love that — just tag us or drop us a line first.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Sparkle Creations' liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We make no other warranties, express or implied.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
