Our promise ✨
Royal Sparkle Creations is a small, family-run shop. We only collect the information we need to get your tiara to you safely, and we never sell or share your personal data with anyone for marketing purposes. Period.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your shipping address
- Order details (what you bought, when, and for how much)
We do notsee or store your credit card number — payment data goes directly to Stripe's secure servers.
How we use it
Your information is used only to:
- Process and ship your order
- Email you order confirmations and tracking updates
- Help you if something goes wrong with an order
- Keep basic sales records for tax and accounting purposes
Who we share it with
We share only the minimum needed with trusted service providers:
- Stripe — processes your payment securely (stripe.com/privacy)
- Shippo & USPS — create your shipping label and deliver your package
- Resend — sends you transactional order emails
- Supabase — hosts our order database
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site work (keeping your cart, remembering you're logged in if you have an admin account). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal data we have on file for you, update it, or delete it entirely. Just email us — we'll respond within a few days. If you're in California, the EU, or the UK, you have additional rights under CCPA/GDPR which we'll honor.
Children
Our site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please let us know and we'll delete it.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order and meet our tax/accounting obligations (typically 7 years in the US). You can request earlier deletion of your account information at any time.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date. Significant changes will also be announced on our homepage.
