The short version ✨

30 days, unworn, original packaging.If a tiara isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through the return. We try hard to make this painless — no quizzes, no guilt trips.

What qualifies for a return

  • The piece is unworn (a quick try-on in front of a mirror is fine — actually wearing it to an event is not).
  • It's in original packaging, with all included pieces (combs, padding, tags).
  • Your return request reaches us within 30 days of delivery.

Because tiaras are delicate decorative pieces, please handle yours gently when trying it on so the stones, combs, and finish stay in original condition.

What doesn't qualify

  • Pieces that have been worn to an event (visible wear, makeup transfer, hair product residue).
  • Pieces that arrive without their original packaging.
  • Damage caused after delivery (see Shipping Policy for damage-in-transit claims).
  • Custom orders or special requests, which are final sale unless they arrive defective.

How to start a return

  1. Email kathy.baird.brown@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return — even a one-liner is fine. ("Color didn't match the dress" tells us what we need to know.)
  2. We'll reply within one business day with the return mailing address and instructions for packing the piece safely.
  3. Pop it in the mail — we recommend USPS with tracking so neither of us wonders where it is.
  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund within 3 business days.

Who pays for return shipping?

For a return because the piece wasn't the right fit or you changed your mind, the buyer covers return shipping.We don't charge any restocking fee — just the cost of getting the tiara back to Boise.

For a return because the piece arrived defective or damaged, we cover return shipping andship a replacement (or a full refund — your choice) at no cost to you. Email us photos and we'll make it right.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe once we've received and inspected the returned piece. From the moment we mark it refunded, expect:

  • 1–2 business days for the refund to appear on most credit/debit cards.
  • Up to 5 business days for some banks and prepaid cards.

You'll get an email confirmation the moment we issue the refund — if it doesn't show up on your end after 5 business days, email us and we'll dig into it.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different style or color instead of a refund? Just say so in your return email. We'll process the original return and send the new piece out as a fresh order — that way each transaction has its own clean record.
