Shipping Policy

The short version
Free U.S. shipping once your order reaches $50. Under that, standard shipping is a flat $7.95. Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days from Boise, Idaho via USPS, and tracking is included on every shipment.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside the U.S. and have your heart set on something, call the shop and we will see what we can work out case by case.
Cost
- Orders of $50 or more: standard shipping is free.
- Orders under $50: flat $7.95 standard shipping, shown in your cart before you pay.
- Priority Mail upgrade: $12 at checkout when you need it sooner. This is a flat rate and is not discounted by the $50 threshold.
Processing time
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm MT typically go out the same or next business day. Weekend orders are processed Monday. Around holidays processing may take an extra day or two. We email you when your label is printed.
Carrier and transit time
We ship USPS Ground Advantage as our standard service. Once handed to USPS, typical transit time is:
- 2 to 5 business days within the continental U.S.
- 3 to 7 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories
Priority Mail typically arrives in 1 to 3 business days. These are USPS estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays happen and we cannot control them once a package leaves our hands.
Large or heavy items
A few items are heavy or ship in oversized boxes. If an order needs a shipping quote beyond our standard rate, we will contact you before charging anything extra.
Tracking
You get an email with your tracking number the moment your shipping label is printed, usually before the package leaves the store. Click the tracking link any time to see where your order is.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but missing, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, call us at (208) 703-6631 within 14 days of the delivery date. We will work with USPS to track it down and either refund your order or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Wrong address?
Mistakes happen. If you catch an address typo right after ordering, call us as soon as you can. If the label has not printed yet we can fix it for free. If the package has already shipped we will do our best to redirect through USPS, but success is not guaranteed.
