Shipping Policy

The short version ✨

Free U.S. shipping on every order, every day. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days from Boise, Idaho via USPS. Tracking is included on every shipment and emailed to you the moment your label is printed.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't currently ship internationally — if you're outside the U.S. and have your heart set on a piece, email Kathy and we'll see what we can work out on a case-by-case basis.

Cost

  • Standard shipping is free on every order, no minimum.
  • Priority Mail upgrade is offered at checkout for an additional fee when you need a piece sooner — exact cost is shown before you pay.

Processing time

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm MT typically go out the same or next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. During big sale weekends or right before holidays, processing may take an extra day or two — we'll always email you when your label is printed.

Carrier & transit time

We ship USPS Ground Advantage as our standard service. Once handed to USPS, typical transit time is:

  • 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.
  • 3–7 business days to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories

Priority Mail (selected at checkout) typically arrives in 1–3 business days. These are USPS estimates, not guarantees — weather, holidays, and carrier delays happen, and we're not able to control them once a package leaves our hands.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number the moment your shipping label is printed (usually before the package even leaves the house). Click the tracking link any time to see where your tiara is on its journey.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but missing, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, email kathy.baird.brown@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll work with USPS to track it down and either refund your order or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Wrong address?

Mistakes happen. If you catch an address typo right after ordering, email us ASAP — if the label hasn't printed yet, we can fix it for free. If the package has already shipped, we'll do our best to redirect through USPS, but success isn't guaranteed.
